December 12: aGSTC Takes 7th at XC Nationals

 

San Francisco- The best clubs in America competed at the 2015 USATF Club Cross Country Nationals Championship at Golden Gate Park, and when the dust settled, the aGSTC finished 7th overall. Lead by Carmen Graves and Alberto Santana, this was the best finish in team history.

December 1: Masters Men, Women Finish 2nd in USATF-NJ Grand Prix

 

New Brunswick- After a year long, nine-race season, the masters 40s men and women teams finished second overall in the USATF-NJ Grand Prix. Captains Matt Baker, Prudence Jones, and Erin Varga did outstanding jobs organizing and mobilizing the teams.

November 25: aGSTC Shatters USATF-NJ Overall Grand Prix Record

 

Glen Ridge- For the third year in a row, the club has won the USATF-NJ Overall Grand Prix Team Title. And, for the third year in a row, the club shattered the all-time USATF-NJ Overall Grand Prix total points record.

November 14: Gillette Qualifies for Olympic Trials

 

Philadelphia- Matt Gillette qualified for the Olympic Trials Sunday at the Rock n' Roll Half Marathon, as the Shippensburg alum finished in 64:38. Averaging 4:55 a mile, he now will line up against the best distance runners in America on February 13 in Los Angeles.
