Many join the GSTC for the community, the team runs, the social outings, the cool uniforms, or the group workouts. Some, however, want a personalized training plan to help them reach their goal - be it a sub-20 5k, a sub-3:00 marathon, a sub-4:00 mile, or a sub-50 400m.

In your email, be sure to give us some background information on you. How long have you been running? What are your PRs? What sort of training has worked well for you? What injuries have you had over the last few years? What are your goals for this season and this year?
Every Olympic and world class runner has someone providing them guidance, structure, and support. You deserve the same!
Training Success
Many great athletes have found great success working with GSTC coaches since 2010. One of them was Eric Holt. On August 1, 2019, after working with Coach Chuck Schneekloth for a year, Eric won the Monmouth Mile and broke 4:00 for the first time in 3:58.88. His month of training can be found to the left.
Be it training for a mile or a marathon, the GSTC can help if you're ready to step up your game. And while a sound training plan is integral to success, so is a sound racing plan. Finding the right balance between training and racing can be different for every runner.
GSTC coaching also provides the option for group training. While most of our teammates are super motivated and hungry for PRs, having the option to train with a squad of like-minded teammates always elevates the training experience.
