The Garden State Track Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization managed by fourteen volunteers. From doctors to lawyers to engineers to teachers, the Leadership Team works collaboratively to organize, oversee, and promote the club's various activities.

Six primary responsibilities of the GSTC Leadership Team include event planning, fostering community, communication, club vision, financial management, and safety/risk management.
