The distance races are always fast. Last year, Sean Dolan won the 800m in 1:47.83 - just tenths shy of the 2022 meet record (1:47.63) set by Miami's Ayman Zahafi.

The masters races draw athletes from DC, NYC, Philly, Boston, and NJ. Look for these events to be super competitive this year as it'll be just weeks before the USATF Masters National Championships in Sacramento, CA.

Last year, the masters women's 800m was an exciting race with Courtney Decker edging out Christina Licata and Alison Schwalm with a 2:23.15

The sprint races are often the marquee events. Last year, pictured above, Ghana's Joseph Manu (10.18) edged out Julius Rivera (10.32) in the 100m trials. Rivera went on to win a fast final with everyone running 10.52 or faster.

Manu has the meet record in this event (10.07/2022) while Je'von Hutchison (21.10/46.59) owns the 200m and 400m meet records.

Despite the beautiful new facility this year, Ridge Stadium, everything else stays the same: big medals, loud music, personalized bibs, meet announcing, race photos, post-race interviews, and great competition.

Like last year, we will again host and publish post-race interviews.

Meet records over the last five years were set by Olympians, US Olympic Trials finalists, and World Championship qualifiers.

At the same time, the categories for open and masters athletes enable an opportunity for anyone to compete and PR.
