Youth Team
We offer a year-round, support-rich experience for kids of all abilities, ages 7-14, to develop a love for the sport.
This mission of our youth team is to create an inclusive, support-rich, positive experience for kids of all ages and abilities that results in a life-long love for exercise, fitness, and wellness. Every practice is facilitated by qualified GSTC coaches to develop self confidence, work ethic, and teamwork in all participants. Each session typically includes a warm up, organized intervals, running-centered games, light plyometrics, and a cool down.
Our youth team also competes in age-level cross country and track meets year round. While such competitions aren’t mandatory, we find they bring purpose, meaning, and excitement to training.
