Hi everyone,

Thank you for entering in the 2023 East Coast HS Championships. This year's meet will be the biggest and most competitive in event history, so we wish you all best of luck. Let's get some PRs!

Please read the below final instructions carefully.

1- Facility. The meet is back at historic Memorial Stadium (Joyce Kilmer Road, New Brunswick). There is street parking and at the middle school. Please find the facility map here.

2- Registration Table. We recommend arriving 90-120 minutes before your event. Upon entering the stadium, you'll see the registration table beside the concession stand, awards, medical, and apparel tents. Please pick up your personalized bib and pins upon arrival.

3- Schedule. The finalized meet schedule will be available here. We are just about done finalizing it; it should be done by the time you wake up tomorrow/Thursday morning! It does look like we'll be starting a little later Friday afternoon- perhaps 2pm.

4- Checking In. Please see the clerk 20-30 minutes before your race to get your hip numbers. You may finish your warmup on the infield, but please be mindful of the races on the track.

5- Interviews. We will be conducting interviews of all athletes beside the awards tent. Please stop by and give us an interview!

6- Awards. Medals will be given to the top six in the following categories: Championship, Emerging Elite, Sophomore, Freshman, and Youth. While some heats may be mixed for competition purposes, athletes will be competing against only those in their category for medals.

Medals may be picked up thirty minutes after your event. Be sure to get some pictures taken with 'em on the podium!

7- Live results and heat sheets will be available here.

8- Field events check-in at event site 90' before event starts.

9- ECC Apparel. Like years past, there will be East Coast HS Championships apparel made on site. Custom shirts, hoodies, etc. will all be available beside the concession stand.

10- Concession Stand. All proceeds of the concession stand will go to the NB HS track team.

11- Blocks. We will provide Mach 2 starting blocks for all athletes.

12- Pictures/Videos. We will have three photographers and one videographer on site. We will email you all links to free content shortly after the meet.

13- Sprint Finals. Please check online results to determine if you've qualified for a sprint/hurdle final.

14- Weather. Of course, the meet will continue regardless of drizzle or rain. If thunder or lightning is observed at the competition site, we will follow USATF rules and pause the meet for thirty minutes. Fingers crossed that the Track Gods are with us this weekend!

Thank you, and looking forward to it.
